Shipping Policy

Our products are dispatched the following day and take 2-3 working days to arrive within the UK. We offer free delivery within the UK on all of our products as we believe in keeping the costs down as much as possible.

 

International Orders are dispatched the following day. The arrival time for orders will vary depending on delivery option selected at checkout and the shipping address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, if in the event you wish to return an item to us please do so within 3 days of receipt as long as the product is not used or worn with tags attached. Please contact us with any issues before you wish to return an item.  All items must be returned to us in their original condition with original packaging, suitable for re-sale, additionally all items sent back to us MUST be in an unused or unworn condition. Used products will NOT be accepted as it is a breach of our hygiene policy.

 

All our jewellery is sent in protective wrapping but sometimes items do get damaged in transit so if you find a damaged item please contact us with photographs showing the damage clearly within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We must receive your item within 7 working days after we have sent the return confirmation email. We do advise you do send your parcel to us using a tracking service (1st Class Recorded Delivery) This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online tracking service as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. Please note that the postage receipt is not proof that the item has been delivered to us.

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. Once we receive your items back we will refund the full amount, allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be issued through the original payment method. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund and we will return the parcel to you at your own expense. We do not offer an exchange on any of our items.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately our Return Policy does not apply to international customers.
